How to book accommodation?
You can book accommodation in the reservation system: . Select the desired cottage and the desired date. If the desired date cannot be selected, it means it is already taken.
Can I cancel my stay and get my deposit back?
The deposit is refundable if the stay is cancelled at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I change the date of my order?
Yes, you can change the date to another. For date changes, please contact us +37063470982.
How to order additional services?
Additional services can be ordered by contacting us by phone +37063470982 or by e-mail. Payment for additional services together with the remaining amount of the accommodation is made on site upon arrival on the day of reservation.
How to find us?
We are located in Tauragė district. Using Google maps, search for “Dykros etno resort” in the navigation. Searching by address will not find us or will mislead you.
Is it possible to purchase a gift voucher? How long is it valid for?
Yes, you can purchase electronic gift vouchers. You can purchase them in the “Gift cards” section. Vouchers are sent to the email address you provided. Voucher validity is 6 months from the date of purchase.
I did not receive a confirmation email about the reservation
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail after making a reservation. by mail, check your email the SPAM/Advertising section of the mail. If, after checking the SPAM/Advertising section, you still do not find the confirmation, it is likely that there were errors in specifying the e-mail address. In this case, write to us, specify the reservation data (name, surname, place of accommodation, your e-mail) so that we can help you.
I want to arrive earlier/depart later
Check-in and check-out times are listed next to each cabin’s information. In order to arrive or leave at a different time, you must coordinate with the hosts. Changes are possible if available. You can contact us by phone +37063470982 or by e-mail.
How do I pay the rest amount for the night? for additional services?
You can pay the balance of the accommodation upon arrival at the place, on the day of the reservation. Upon arrival, call +37063470982 and we will meet you. Payment on site is currently in cash.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, you can bring pets. However, a pet fee of €10 will be applied.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and check-out times for cabins vary. For the times of a specific cabin, see the information of the desired cabin in the “Houses” section.
Do the cabins have kitchens?
Yes, all cabins have kitchens. In the kitchens, you will find dishes, tools, cups, a pan and a pot, gas or electric stoves, capsule coffee machines, and a kettle.
Are there barbecues and grills at the cabins?
All cabins have fireplaces with grates and firewood.
Which cabins have jacuzzi tubs?
Jacuzzi tubs are available in Tauros Trobos, Medeina Granary and Raisto Granary. Gabija’s sauna house only has a sauna. There is an additional fee for the hot tub and sauna. Hot tub – €62 Sauna – €100
Will the cabins be cold during the winter?
The cabins have double heating. It is possible to heat with wood stoves or electric air conditioner. We provide firewood.
Which cabin is suitable for children?
Tauras hut and Gabija sauna cabins are most suitable for children. The cabins are spacious and have two additional sleeping places in the living room – pull-out sofa-beds. Safety warning: In Gabija’s sauna house, you have to pay attention to the mezzanine, which is accessed by a ladder and there is no partition. You are responsible for children’s safety. Only small children who sleep with their parents can enter the granaries of Medeina and Raistas.
What additional services do you offer?
We offer jacuzzi tub, sauna, catering and massage services. You can find information and prices of additional services at the bottom of the main window of our page, in the section “Aditional services”
Is the water drinkable in the cabins?
Yes, all cabins have drinkable water. Water comes from a 90-meter deep bore well. However, only in Gabija cabin, the water has a stronger smell/taste of iron. If you are more sensitive, we recommend that you bring drinking water with you during your stay. However, if necessary, we also take care of it. Contact by phone if necessary.
